ZAMBOANGA City John Dalipe on Thursday, September 8, 2022, joined the security sector in the conduct of an aerial security survey and inspection of this city’s coastal areas and boundaries.

This, as Dalipe seeks to strengthen security safety nets against internal and external threats.

With the mayor were Colonel Randolph Rojas, Task Force Zamboanga chief; Police Colonel Alexaner Lorenzo, Zamboanga City Police Office director; and Brigadier General Dennis Estrella, Tactical Operations Wing-Western Mindanao commander.

The mayor said he is committed to always put the city’s security first, to always look at the welfare of the people.

“We will continue to harness the safety nets where we won’t be attacked in the middle of the night by those with personal ambitions and interest because violence has no place in our city,” Dalipe said.

The aerial security inspection was done aboard the Blackhawk Chopper. (SunStar Zamboanga)
