CITY OF SAN FERNANDO Kapampangan Taekwondo winners showed Governor Dennis Pineda their skills during their courtesy visit to the latter at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center on Monday.
The young athletes won in the 45th National Taekwondo Championship on September 3 and 4 at Ayala Malls Manila.
Gabrielle Marie Cruz won the silver medal in the Senior Level.
The bronze medalists were Loreen Venice Mande, Gabriel Angelo Umali, Francisco Miguel Maslog, Enzo Caballes.
Meanwhile, Leon Armani Cabang won the silver medal in the 2022 National Taekwondo Poomsae Championships.
The young athletes are accompanied by Coach Dauphin Punzalan who is also a medalist in the World Police and Fire Games in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Pineda lauded the athletes and urged them to continue their love to the sports and bring more pride and glory to Pampanga.
The governor promised to support the young athletes.
