A WOMAN died after her house was razed by fire at Barangay Banog-Banog in Isabela, Negros Occidental Tuesday, December 18.
Police identified the fatality as Maylen Dejardo, 27.
The victim was sleeping alone at the house of her parents when she allegedly forgot to turn off the gas lamp which reportedly caused the fire, police records showed.
The fire broke out at 6:30 p.m. and destroyed the house which is made of light materials.
