TWO most wanted persons were arrested in separate law enforcement operations in Zamboanga Sibugay province, an official reported Saturday, September 24, 2022.

The arrested most wanted persons were identified as Radzmir Sarahadil, 38, and Suaib Sali, 52, both residents of Purok Baybay in Moalboal village, Talusan municipality.

Police Colonel Eduard Mallo, officer-in-charge of the Zamboanga Sibugay Police Provincial Office, said that Sarahadil was arrested in a law enforcement operation by way of implementation of a warrant of arrest operation around 5:30 a.m. Friday in Purok Baybay, Moalboal village.

Mallo said that Sali was arrested in a similar operation around 5:50 a.m. Friday also in Purok Baybay, Moalboal village.

He said Sarahadil and Sali are listed as seventh and third most wanted persons, respectively, in the province of Zamboanga Sibugay.

Mallo said both Sarahadil and Sali have standing warrants of arrest for multiple murder with no recommended bail issued by the court of Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay.

He did not say whether Sarahadil and Sali committed the crimes together as their respective warrants of arrest have similar dates of issuance—July 18, 2022—and are issued by the same court.

He said the two were placed under the custody of the Talusan Municipal Police Station. (SunStar Zamboanga)
