She also noticed that in terms of spending for the wedding celebration, Bacolod and Negros are not that aggressive regarding spending on celebrations like weddings.
“They still prefer to have a simple and intimate wedding. Others are still mindful of the effects of the pandemic,” Ong said as she assures that they have reliable wedding suppliers who can adjust depending on the budget of the couples.
