IT firm to hire at least 100 associates by yearend

AN INDIAN-OWNED company headquartered in the US is expanding its business in Cebu.

Information technology (IT) solutions provider Ray Business Technologies (RBT) has announced that it is planning to hire more than 100 associates in the Philippines by yearend.

RBT entered the Philippine market in August 2021 with an office in Minglanilla, southern Cebu.

Country head Gregg Victor Gabison said RBT offers end-to-end IT solutions for business application development, artificial intelligence, enterprise collaboration solutions, testing, cloud computing and IT infrastructure management to organizations in the banking and finance, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, media and entertainment, leisure, and travel, telecom and energy and utilities.

“Our clients are mainly in the US, Australia, Canada and we have one in the Philippines,” said Gabison.

RBT is a Capability Maturity Model Integration Level 3 company and a technology solutions provider with 13 years of business experience.

It is headquartered in the US with offices in Canada, Australia and India. Globally, RBT is eyeing to hire at least 300 associates.

“To accelerate its ambitious international expansion plans, RBT has identified several potentially high-growth markets and added seasoned executives to its leadership team. RBT is well-poised for explosive growth internationally, and we are excited and prepared for new opportunities and challenges,” co-founder Ajay Gupta said in a statement, adding that “2022 has been an exciting year for Ray Business Technologies. We need additional capacity to deliver projects as planned. We plan to hire 300+ associates globally in next six months.”
