Atol sa regular session sa Konseho sa Miyerkules, Septiyembre 28, 2022, si Osmeña nipasaka og resolusyon nga nag-awhag sa Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO) sa hugot nga pagpatuman sa City Ordinance 801 o Cebu City Traffic Code, labina sa mountain barangays.
Si Osmeña nagkanayon nga daghan nang insidente nga natala nga ang mga motorsiklo ug sakyanan ilegal nga nag-park tungod sa pagpalimpiyo sa washing stations.
“The washing of motorcycles and vehicles along the road poses danger to the unsuspecting motorists passing by the area who are at risk of figuring in an accident due to the wet and slippery road,” pasabot ni Osmeña.
