Cebu was reintroduced to a revamped Precious Brew Café on Sept. 21, 2022. Located on A.S. Fortuna St., Mandaue City, the new Precious Brew Café stands as a sanctuary for students, professionals and coffee enthusiasts alike.
With the gradual return of face-to-face classes and onsite work, the one thing everybody can agree on is that there’s nothing more rewarding after a long day than to sit and enjoy a cup of heartwarming coffee.
“I want our customers to experience a great value of reward for themselves. When they step inside the coffee shop, they are treated like royalty,” said Ferdinand Lao, owner of Precious Brew Café (PBC).
PBC was born out of a passion for cakes and pastries. The owners wanted to establish their brand with the best tasting food and with equally good coffee to cater to a wide variety of audiences. Currently, the café showcases a homey and modern interior which is very conducive for total relaxation.
“Our coffee is made from 100 percent pure ingredients, mixed by highly trained baristas and served with passion and love,” said Lao. The beans are carefully selected from a good variety giving the best attributes of light and medium roast coffees.
“We always make it a point that when our customers get to taste our coffee for the first time, they will come back with the intense craving for more, and they will bring along their friends because they just love our coffee,” said Lao.
PBC also offers delectable dishes that can tickle their taste buds. Noteworthy dishes on its menu include the beef salpicao, chicken parmesan, and pesto pasta, among others. The mouthwatering cakes and pastries are baked to spoil every palate as well.
