MORE THAN half a kilo of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P4.6 million were seized by operatives of the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) aroud 6 p.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2022 inside a cemetery in Barangay Carreta, Cebu City.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Dindo Juanito Alaras, head of the CDEU-CCPO, led the anti-illegal operation.
The arrested person was identified as Elton John dela Torre, 30, a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Compostela, northern Cebu.
Juanito said that Dela Torre was a drug surrenderer who completed the Community-based Drug Rehabilitation Program. (BBT, CLC)
