Ang PDSCN usa ka hiniusang proyekto sa nanguna nga digital solutions platform Globe ug sa mga kauban niini nga Eastern Communications ug InfiniVAN, Inc. Tumong niini nga mapaayo ang mobile ug broadband connectivity sa nasod ug ma-fiberize ang mga lugar nga wala pa maserbisyohan kaniadto.
Ang mga kauban mitimaan og laing milestone sa ilang pag-deploy og fiber cables sa Lapu-Lapu City sa Mactan, Cebu isip kabahin sa labing kataas nga submarine fiber cable network sa nasod.
Ang submarine cable connection gikan sa Palompon Leyte sa wala pa kini makaabot sa Mactan ug mao kini ang ika-10 nga landing point sa dakong subsea project.
