CLAD in yellow, lavender, pink and gold costume and mask, Barangay 17 emerge as winner of the 2022 Electric MassKara float and dance-off competition held at the Bacolod City Government Center grounds on Saturday, October 22.
The Rogelio Pabiania, Jr-led barangay took P300,000 in cash as the dance-off winner.
On top of that, the Barangay also received P20,000 for winning the best in float.
Ten barangays participated in the event which started from the Megaworld Upper East.
Coming close as first runner up is Barangay 25 winning P200,000 followed by Barangay 32, winning as second runner-up and taking home P150,000 in cash.
Serving as judges are socialite Tim Yap, Celebrity doctors Hayden Kho and Vicky Belo, cosplayer Alodia Gosiengfiao, and model Maricris Zobel.
Joining the crowd are Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benetiz, his son Victorias City Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez, First Lady Atty. Liza Araneta-Marcos, Ilocos Norte 1st District Representative Sandro Marcos and presidential son Vincent Marcos.
