Lanao del Sur town's 4th most wanted nabbed

AUTHORITIES have arrested in a manhunt operation one of the most wanted persons in the municipality of Saguiaran, Lanao del Sur, the police reported Saturday, October 29.

The Police Regional Office-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region (PRO-BAR) identified the arrested wanted person as Jalil Salic, 33.

The PRO-BAR said that Salic was nabbed in a law enforcement operation by way of service of warrant of arrest around 3:15 p.m. Friday, October 28, in Linao village, Saguiaran.

The police said that Salic has been listed as the number four most wanted person in the town of Saguiaran and has a standing warrant of arrest for homicide with P120,000 recommended bail.

The police said the warrant of arrest against Salic was issued on December 21, 2020 by the court of Marawi City, Lanao del Sur.

Salic was placed under the temporary custody of the police in Saguiran town. (SunStar Zamboanga)
