UNDEFEATED two-belt world champion Reinier De Ridder defends his ONE light heavyweight belt against interim ONE heavyweight king Anatoly Malykhin in the main event of ONE on Prime Video 5 on Dec. 3 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Parañaque City.

De Ridder took ONE Championship by storm and is one of the best submission specialists in the organization’s current roster. He won his first three fights in the organization by submitting Fan Rong in the first round and stopping Gilberto Galvao in the second round in 2019. He followed his performance in 2019 with a unanimous decision over Leandro Ataides in 2020, which earned him a shot at the ONE middleweight title of Aung La N Sang. He showcased his top-notch grappling skills and submitted Aung La in a single round. He next had a rematch with Aung La, this time for the ONE light heavyweight belt. De Ridder outclassed Aug La and became a two-belt world champion.

De Ridder had two successful title defenses of his middleweight belt by submitting both ONE welterweight champion Kiamrian Abbasov and former champion Vitaly Bigdash.

This will be De Ridder’s first title defense of his light heavyweight belt.

Like De Ridder, Malykhin also had an impressive campaign in ONE Championship. He made his organization debut last year and scored a first round knockout of Alexandre Machado. He followed it up with another first round knockout of Iranian wrestler Amir Aliakbari.

Malykhin won the interim heavyweight strap after stopping Kirill Grishenko in the second round on Feb. 11.

De Ridder is 16-0, while Malykhin is 11-0.

Also in the same card, regular champion Allycia Rodrigues (31-5) faces interim titleholder Janet Todd (39-11) in a ONE Muay Thai atomweight championship unification; ONE featherweight kickboxing champion Superbon Singha Mawynn (113-34) defends his title against ONE Grand Prix winner Chingiz Allazov (59-5-1); and Roberto Soldic (20-3) is in a collision course with undefeated Muarad Ramazanov (11-0).

Later in the evening will be ONE 164: Pacio vs. Brooks, which will be headlined by a world championship fight between ONE strawweight king Joshua Pacio (20-3) against No. 1 contender Jarred Brooks (19-2).

Also slated in the undercard are four Team Lakay fighters – former ONE flyweight champion Geje Eustaquio, No. 4 ranked flyweight Danny Kingad, Jeremy Pacatiw and Jenelyn Olsim.

Eustaquio (14-8) faces off with Chinese Hu Yong (9-4), Kingad (16-3) exchanges blows with Gurdarshan Mangat (17-3), Pacatiw (11-5) locks horns with Burmese striker Tial Thang (3-1) and Olsim (6-3) takes on Chinese Meng Bo (19-6).
