Real estate firm remains bullish, opens new sales office at APM Mall

CEBU-BASED developer PrimaryHomes Inc. (PHI) maintains a bullish outlook for next year as it plans to further expand its projects in Cebu and in the region.

“With businesses fully back under the new normal, PrimaryHomes looks forward to a brighter 2023 with new projects in the pipeline. It is set to launch residential developments across the Visayas particularly in Cebu, Negros and Bohol,” the company said.

Specifically, it plans to launch more projects in Cebu with house and lot developments in Bogo and Toledo and another vacation condominium complex in Lapu-Lapu City.

The 30-year-old property developer said it is very optimistic about its growth prospects, particularly in the residential front despite the massive disruptions caused by the pandemic and current volatility in the markets.

“People will buy homes whether there’s a pandemic or not. Being locked down for a long time taught us the importance of a safe and secure home. As your reliable partner, PrimaryHomes will continue to be at the forefront of providing quality and pandemic-proof homes with amenities that provide safety nets against the spread of the virus,” said Ramero Espina, vice president for sales and marketing of PrimaryHomes.

“With the revenge travel phenomenon bringing more and more people in for business and pleasure, and our overseas Filipino workers returning to work, we expect strong demand for property either for living in or for investment. They can’t go wrong if they go with our well-planned developments and a solid reputation for quality,” he added.

PHI’s bullish mood mirrors the opening of its new sales office in Cebu City to meet the growing demand for the company’s projects.

The 108 square meters of new space at the APM Centrale shopping mall on A.S. Soriano Ave., Cebu City will serve as the new service hub for its clients and sales partners as the company plans to launch more projects in Cebu.

“We are thrilled to open the doors to our new office as we at PrimaryHomes are committed to always providing better ways to serve our clients and partners. With this, together with our easy reservations process, and more accessible payment options, client transactions will be faster and smoother, thereby making the homebuying journey more convenient for our customers,” said Espina.

The PrimayHomes APM Centrale Office is open from Monday to Saturday at 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

In the first quarter, PrimaryHomes expanded its presence in Bohol with the opening of its sales office at the second level of Island City Mall in Tagbilaran City. A new project, Royal Palms Quatro, was also launched in Dauis. It also added its resort-type condominium brand Royal Oceancrest to its impressive portfolio of projects in Panglao Island.

Moreover, PHI also reaped recognition in the recent Stevie Awards.

The company won a Gold Stevie Award for Innovation in Business Information or Application Websites at the 2022 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards for its exemplary work in innovating the experiences of and for its key stakeholders. This award manifests PHI’s dedication to providing a hassle-free customer experience, as well as its efforts toward continuous improvement. (KOC)
