FOLLOWING the successful kick-off in Cebu and Bacolod, Nissan Philippines brought its Nissan Intelligent Mobility (NIM) Tour to Cagayan de Oro, frontloading the innovation of Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies.

The three-day event, which started on November 18 until 20, also highlighted the all-new Nissan Livina, a reliable vehicle for family-oriented households and first-time car buyers who are looking for everyday excitement and convenience.

With the NIM Tour, Nissan Philippines aims to offer its customers or clients a glimpse of the Nissan driving experience while highlighting the brand's innovative technologies.

According to Rolando Navarro, general manager for Sales, Nissan Philippines Inc., Nissan is currently focusing on more advanced technological features in the automotive industry.

The NIM boasts of intelligent driving, intelligent power and intelligent integration. It introduces e-POWER technology through interactive and immersive augmented reality displays.

"Technologically wise, Nissan is much more advanced than the other makers because the other automakers are basically nasa standard features of vehicles. Now Nissan is focusing on more advanced features, which is the Nissan Intelligent Mobility," Navarro said.

At present, the NIM system and features are already available in high end products of Nissan, such as the Nissan Terra, Nissan Calibre X and the recently launched Nissan Kicks.

According to Jeff Rolida, the dealer principal of Nissan CDO, Nissan Pagadian, and Nissan Zamboanga, the Nissan Kicks is part of the brand's electrification and transformation plan in the Philippines.

Nissan Kicks is a different kind of hybrid offering that is 100 percent electric motor-driven. It has a gasoline engine that acts as a power generator to charge the battery of the electric motor.

Apart from the all-new Livina and the e-power Kicks, the NIM Tour also features the Nissan Navara, Nissan Terra, and the Nissan Almera.

"Nissan Philippines aims to give customers the best experience, and our vehicles have always pushed the boundaries with excitement in every drive. Through the Nissan Intelligent Mobility Tour, we’re able to provide customers a new way to experience our products," Juan Miguel Hoyos, Nissan Philippines president, said.

As a special treat, customers visiting the booth during the three-day NIM Tour can avail the all-new Nissan Livina with a P5,000 discount when they test drive the vehicle and an additional discount ranging from P10,000 to P100,000 when they make a reservation at the event. Customers can also avail an additional subsidy of up to P30,000 through Nissan Finance.

This offer is only available through cash, financing through banks, or NIssan Finance.

Nissan Philippines will be having its next Nissan Intelligent Mobility Tour at SM Lanang in Davao from November 25 to 27.
