CITY OF SAN FERNANDO An alleged high value target or HVT was nabbed by operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) after being served a warrant of arrest on Saturday, November 26, 2022 in Dela Fuente Street, Barangay Gabon, Abucay, Bataan.
The PDEA Bataan Provincial Office identified the suspect as Ishad M. Dela Fuente, male, 38 years old, a resident of Barangay Gabon, Abucay town, whom the agency disclosed as having been on their radar since September this year following a tip from a concerned citizen in the said village.
During the operation, some P731,200 worth of suspected shabu packed in one piece knot tied cellophane weighing 104 grams valued at P707,200 and more or less five grams in four plastic sachets worth P24,000 were seized by anti-illegal drugs operatives seized from the suspect.
A charge for violation of Republic Act 9165 or also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is being readied for filing in court.
The joint operation was conducted by PDEA Bataan, PDEA Bataan Seaport Interdiction Unit, Bataan PPO-PPDEU, Abucay MPS and Bataan 2nd PMFC.
