Marco Polo Plaza Hotel celebrates the Yuletide season with the yearly “Tree of Hope,” bringing cheers to children. The glorious tree lighting was blessed by Msgr. Roberto Alesna, witnessed by Oliver Victor B. Amoroso – first vice president, head of regional TV and Synergy, acting head GMA Integrated News, this year’s partner. General manager of Marco Polo, Roel Constantino; acting head GMA Integrated News, and AVP for local sales and concurrent station manager of GMA 7 Central and Eastern Visayas, Ann Marie Tan; with Marco Polo the public relations and communication team led by Lara Scarrow.
Special guests were the singing and dancing duo of Julie Ann San Jose and Rayver Cruz.
Cafe Marco prepared a well-balanced menu for the holiday season composed of a delectable array of tasty food like roasted turkey, beef steak and saucy pork loins, chicken relleno, Japanese and Chinese noodles served with fresh veggies, fruits and desserts. There is paella as well, matched by Chinese fried rice and hot squash soup.
