A MODERN public utility vehicle (PUV) caught fire amid heavy rains along Fuente Osmeña in uptown Cebu City at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2022.
The fire started from the headlight of the vehicle driven by John Razel Gabines.
Fire Officer 3 Emerson Arceo of the Cebu City Fire Office (CCFO) said they immediately responded to the area after receiving a call about the fire, which was put off minutes later.
The fire also damaged other parts of the modern PUV, which plies around Cebu City.
Firemen placed the damage at P5,000. (BBT, TPT)
