ANG panggamhanan sa Dakbayan sa Davao, kauban ang Child Protection Network, nited Nations Children's Fund (Unicef), ug ang Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) naglunsad niadtong Lunes, Nobiyembre 28, 2022, og mga Tele-Women and Children Protection Unit (WCPU) centers sa pito ka barangay, usa ka medical facility ug duha ka City Government offices.
Ang mga sentro sa Tele-WCPU magdala og libreng komprehensibong serbisyong medikal, psychosocial, ug legal nga mas duol sa kababayen-an ug kabataan nga biktima sa pag-abuso sa paggamit sa modernong teknolohiya.
Ang Tele-WCPU centers anaa sa Barangay Buhangin, Calinan, Marilog, Matina Crossing, Talomo, Tibungco, SPMC-Institute of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine, Integrated Gender and Development Division (IGDD), ug sa City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO).
Ang mga sentro sa Tele-WCPU magkonektar sa mga biktima sa pag-abuso ngadto sa SPMC-WCPU, usa ka multi-disciplinary nga grupo sa mga nabansay nga mga doktor sa pagpanalipod sa bata, mga social worker, psychologist, psychiatrist, developmental pediatric doctors, police officers, ug mga abogado nga mohatag og mga serbisyo sama sa medical follow-ups, mental health follow-up, legal, ug sosyal nga mga serbisyo, ug usa ka helpline sa bata nga naghatag og konsultasyon sa pag-abuso kanila.

Si Dr. Marie Aimee Hyacinth Bretaña, coordinator sa SPMC-WCPU, niingon sa pakighinabi sa City Information Office atol sa paglusad nga pinaagi sa tele-consultation program dili na kinahanglan nga moadto pa sa SPMC ang mga babaye o bata nga giabusohan alang sa follow-up consultations.
"There are barangays in Davao City that have high cases of abuse and through this tele-consultation program the follow-up of the cases in barangays can be done online but the first consultation still needs to be conducted here at WCPU. Our goal here is really to reach out to our communities,” ingon ni Bretaña.
Dugang pa niya nga human sa unang konsultasyon sa SPMC-WCPU, ang mga pasyente o biktima sa pag-abuso mipili nga dili na mobalik tungod sa gilay-on, kalisud sa panalapi, o kahadlok nga mataptan sa Covid-19 ug kini nga tele-consultation pulos nga nagtubag niini nga mga kabalaka.
