CHEERS and claps echoed at the Ayala Malls Capitol Central event center in Bacolod City on November 29 as 20 Negros Occidental Provincial Government employees of the showcased their talents during the staging of the “Capitol Got Talent 2022.”

It was the first talent competition for employees organized by the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental under the administration of Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson and Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer.

Provincial Administrator Atty. Reyfrando Diaz II and Public Information Officer, Charina Magallanes – Tan led the awarding of the Top 10 winners at the end of the event.

They will be qualified to perform at the Grand Finals slated on December 16, 2022 at Capitol Park and Lagoon.

The grand finalists are Raymundo Santigao Magno of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office, Chorelie Tupas of the Negros Occidental Language and IT Center, Jade Miraflores and Reygien Distrito of the Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO), Wilfredo Vicera of Valladolid District Hospital, Philline Darlene Mangga of the Provincial Administrative Office, Mark Sison and Michelle Yasa of the Governor’s and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Offices, Mark Espada of the Teresita Jalandoni Provincial Hospital andVanessa Mari Barredo of the Provincial Health Office.

The other finalists are Ma. Gabriel Ann Aguirre of the PHRMO, and Modesto Joseph Cañonero of the Provincial Veterinary Office.

The contestants were judged according to talent, creativity, showmanship, material chosen, props and costume, and audience impact.
