LAWMEN have served three warrants of arrest against a detained crime group member who has been listed as one of the most wanted persons in the province of Zamboanga Sibugay, the police reported Tuesday, December 6, 2022.
Police Colonel Eduard Mallo, Zamboanga Sibugay police director, said the warrants of arrest were served against Nurad Samud Muloc, 28, a rubber tapper who was detained at the custodial facility of Kabasalan Municipal Police Station.
Mallo said the arrest warrants served against Muloc was for the crime of theft with P12,000 recommended bail; grave threat with a recommended bail bond of P1,000; and for the crime of Occupation of Real Property or Usurpation of Real Rights in Property with a recommended bail bond of P1,000.
Mallo said all the three warrants were issued by the municipal trial court of Salug-Godod Zamboanga del Norte.
Mallo said the accused is a member of dismantled Muloc criminal gang that was involved in criminal atrocities.
He said the accused is listed as the 10th most wanted person in the municipality of Salug, Zamboanga del Norte.
He said the accused remains under the custody of Kabasalan Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
