GISUGDAN na sa Davao City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) ang paghatud sa mga food packs sa mga komunidad sa mga Lumad sa Baguio District, Marilog District, ug Paquibato District.
"So last week, the very challenging areas are prioritized such as Gumitan [Marilog District], Colosas [Paquibato District], Kinse-kinse in [Barangay] Salapawan and Baguio District, Tambobong and Tawan-tawan)," ingon ni Julie Dayaday, supervising administrative officer IV sa CSWDO sa interview sa Byaheng Do30 niadtong Martes, Disyembre 6, 2022.
Matud pa ni Dayaday nga niadtong Sabado, Disyembre 3, nanghatag na sila og mga grocery packs ngadto sa 7,018 ka mga benepisyaryo. Ang grocery packs nga naapud-apod mikabat sa 75,345.
"The distribution is still ongoing and the target number of beneficiaries is 30,983, and 154,915 grocery packs," ingon ni Dayaday.
Dugang niya nga ang usa ka food pack adunay sulod nga tulo ka kilo nga bugas, spaghetti pasta, spaghetti sauce, ug canned goods. Matag pamilya gihatagan og lima ka food packs o balor sa 15 kilos nga bugas ug ingon man mga groceries.
"The City Government Davao is consistent in showing care to the Indigenous Peoples of Davao located in Paquibato, Marilog, and Baguio District. This is why we are asking them to stay put in their areas and let their barangay officials announce the date of the distribution of the grocery packs for their Christmas Celebration," ingon ni Dayaday.
Dugang pa niya nga ang paghatod sa mga produkto nagsugod niadtong Nobyembre 28 ug tumong nila nga makompleto ang pag-apod-apod sa Disyembre 20.
Nagpasalamat usab si Dayaday sa mga kauban sa CSWDO, City Engineer's Office, Central 911, Public Safety, ug Security Office, City Transportation and Traffic Management Office (CTTMO), ug City Mayor's Office, nga nakatabang sa pag-apod-apod sa maong mga grocery packs. (JPC/CIO)
