Yuletide sparks pervade the city once more and with aplomb! This, we experienced full blast at the Christmas tree lighting ceremony at the Seda Ayala Center Cebu one pleasant evening in November. All guests were requested to come in holiday colors: Raspberry Blush (red or pink) and they all did!

To mark Seda’s group-wide 10th anniversary, the entire lobby was bathed in silver streaks, with the tree at the center! Elevated on a stand of silver and black, the shimmering and dazzling ornaments were accented with heartwarming sparklers of red and gold! A collection of yuletide ornaments crafted from natural materials by a local community in Sogod town, fully complemented the decor.

The Ayala-owned property, manifested solid and sound values of love, sharing, solidarity, kindness and peace to all, rather than focus on the lesser values of tags and shopping bags! This motivated them to partner with Smile Train, an international charity group that provides free cleft surgery and care to the less fortunate.

Kimmy Coseteng-Flaviano, Smile Train vice president for Southeast Asia shared the vision and current state of the patients whose lives were positively changed due to this relevant advocacy.

Since the evening was one of sharing and thanksgiving, the hotel also celebrated Client Appreciation Night to laud the numerous clients who added another rung to the ladder of success!

From the holiday-decked lobby, the party trooped to the ballroom for yet another set of entertainment: Carols by the Celestial Voices Choir, dances, and a much appreciated gastro-rich Seda-curated buffet!

This time, hotel general manager Gwen dela Cruz announced other perks for which we congratulate her and her whole management staff!
