A FARMER was shot to death by an unidentified man at Sitio Manubutubu, Brgy. Mahalang, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental Wednesday, January 18.
Killed was 52-year-old Domingo Bustillo.
Police said the victim was attending to his harvested husked rice when he was approached by the suspect and shot several times.
The victim sustained succumbed to the multiple gunshot wounds to his body, as the suspect fled the scene.
Recovered from the scene were three fired cartridge cases of .45 caliber, one black holster, and one white empty sack.
Police have yet to establish the motive for the killing. (MPE)
