A MAN was found dead beside a creek at Sitio Sambag, Brgy. Manghaoy, La Catellana, Negros Occidental Monday, January 23.
The victim was identified as 47-year-old Jose Rammel Europa of Brgy. Camandag.
Police said the victim succumbed to a gunshot wound.
Recovered at the crime scene were one fired cartridge case of caliber .45 pistol, one recoil spring of a firearm, and one recoil spring plug.
Police have yet to establish the motive for the killing. (MPE)
