Victorias mayor to launch Sidlak City DNA and Project VECTOR

VICTORIAS City Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez will launch Sidlak City DNA and Project VECTOR on Monday, January 30, at the city's cultural center.

Sidlak City DNA or Digital Network Assets will be the primary virtual ecosystem of Victorias City, as mentioned by Benitez during his first six months report.

He said Sidlak City DNA is the heart and soul of the city’s digitization program and the first-string digital servicing infrastructure.

It will also serve as the primary digital information system of the city government, he added.

Under the umbrella of this project is the Document Tracking System which caters to several transactions and significant public documents including business permits and licenses, as well as the ordinances and executive orders.

The Victorias Mobile App powered by Information Technology Business Solutions Corp. (ITBS) is already geared towards its full realization in the first quarter of 2023, he also said.

Benitez said Sidlak City DNA also encompasses the Document Security Seal, the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for the city government employees, and the re-installation of LED screen walls in the Skating Rink of the City Public Plaza, and soon in the Victorias Commercial Center (VCC).

On the other hand, Project VECTOR or the Victorias Emergency and Crises Tactical Operation and Response will also be launched.

Early warning system with speaker system capabilities and installation of additional CCTVs on major roads and access points are integrated into Project VECTOR, Benitez said.*
