THREE most wanted persons were arrested in separate operations in Cebu City on Friday, January 27, 2023.

First to fall was Justine Villamor, alias Danin.

Police found Villarin, who is charged with frustrated murder, in Barangay Mabolo at 7:55 a.m.

The warrant of arrest was issued by Cebu City Regional Trial Court Branch 20 Judge Leah Iligan Geraldez.

Bail was set P200,000.

Villamor is considered the fourth most wanted person in the provincial level.

Next on the list was 20-year-old Archie Catipay, who was nabbed inside the APM Mall in Barangay Mabolo.

Catipay, an aircon scraper, is also charged with frustrated murder.

He is considered the fourth most wanted person.

Lastly, police arrested Melvin Pacaldo Madrid, alias Muklo, in Sitio Banilad, Barangay Bonbon at 2:15 p.m.

The 36-year-old is facing an anti-carnapping charge.

The warrant of arrest was issued by Cebu City RTC Branch 18 Judge Yvette Christine Rosario Labrador Soleng.

Bail was set at P180,000. (AYB)
