CSF indigents get cash aid, food packs from Guv

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO The provincial government of Pampanga distributed financial assistance and food packs to indigent residents of the City of San Fernando.

Governor Dennis Pineda led the event at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center on Saturday.

Pineda was joined by Special Assistant to Governor Angelina Blanco in the distribution of assistance to more than 1000 beneficiaries.

The governor was assisted by personnel from the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office, General Services Office, and the Provincial Treasurers Office.

Pineda said the assistance is part of the provincial government's programs to help indigent Kapampangans.

A total of 1,198 beneficiaries attended the program.

Each received P3,000 cash and food packs comprising five kilos of rice, five cans of sardines, and five cans of corned beef.

"We at the City Government fully support and cooperate with Governor Delta and Vice Gov Nanay to deliver public service to more deserving Fernandinos," City Councilor Brenz Gonzales.

Former 3rd District Board Member Rosve Henson and Former City Councilor Dein Henson also graced the event to express their support for the programs of the provincial government
