THE Provincial Legal Office has yet to resolve the case of Provincial Disaster Management Program Division Zeaphard Caelian.
Provincial Legal Officer Alberto Nellas Jr. said related documents on the case of Caelian are voluminous.
Caelian's case remains on "show cause order," according to Nellas.
Nellas said Caelian has not yet been charged with an administrative case, and he is allowed to remain in his post.
In December of last year, Caelian was issued a show cause order seeking the liquidation of a cash grant amounting to P3 million, as well on the issue of conflict of interest.
According to Nellas, the grant was released to Amity Public Safety Academy in 2017 to conduct training and purchase equipment.
Caelian is noted to be one of the directors of the organization, a position he simultaneously held while also being the head of PDMPD.*
