A DIALOGUE on advancements and treatment of endemic infectious diseases was set on February 10, from 8:30 am to 6 pm, at Ayala Mall Capitol-Central function hall in Bacolod City.
This first post-graduate course was initiated by the Philippine Society for Microbiology and Infectious Diseases-Western Visayas chapter in partnership with Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital.
The one-day affair will feature lectures and discussions from medical experts. Topics included dengue, infection, Covid-19, tuberculosis, monkeypox, and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (Aids).
There will also be exhibits at the venue.
The activity is open to all interested healthcare workers. Pre-registration for the activity is also required.* (PR)
