PRICES of petroleum products will again increase by more than P1.00 per liter on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, firms announced on Monday, January 30.
In a separate advisory, Pilipinas Shell, Cleanfuel, Caltex and Seoil said there will be an additional of P1.00 per liter on diesel; P1.30 per liter on gasoline; and P1.35 on kerosene.
Caltex will implement the price adjustment at 12:01 a.m. of Tuesday while Pilipinas Shell and Seoil at 6 a.m.
For Cleanfuel, changes will take effect at 4:01 p.m. on Tuesday.
Last week, there had been a P2.80 per liter increase on prices of gasoline; P2.25 per liter on diesel; and P2.40 on kerosene.
For the month of January, it was only once, on January 9, that prices of petroleum products went down in which P2.80 per liter price decreased for Diesel, P.75 per liter for gasoline, and P2.10 per liter for kerosene. (SunStar Philippines)
