THE City Government of Cagayan de Oro allocated P110 million for the construction of the city college, which will be built in Barangay Dansolihon, this city.
According to the city college technical working group, P100 million will be used for the building or infrastructure of the city college, while P10 million is allotted as the initial fund for its operation.
The city college will be built on a 10-hectare land in Barangay Dansolihon. This will include the faculty residence and dormitory for students.
It can be recalled that the tribal council of Barangay Dansolihon donated 46 hectares of land to the City Government. Part of the said land will be used for the city college where agriculture is one of its priority courses.
