GRAND Land Inc. recognized six of their best Davao-based realty and agent industry partners during the Viva Magenta Grand Land Awards 2023 on February 18 at Cebu City.
For Davao real estate agencies, Rempohito Realty was awarded the Highly Commended Realty of Year 2022 and Bachelor’s Realty and Brokerage was awarded Most Promising Realty of Year 2022.
Filipino Homes brought home the Top Realty of Year 2022 for both Davao and Cebu.
On the other hand, Filipino Homes - Team Wire Toppers agent Edwin Rodrigo Jr. is the Highly Commended Agent of the Year 2022 while Zangie Lou Culanag of Filipino Homes - Team A is the Most Promising Agent of Year 2022.
While Rempohito Realty agents Marilou and Gerald Luardo are the Top Agents of the Year 2022.
“We are thankful for our partners, they have been supporting us. I want to congratulate them on a job well done. Hopefully, we can continue to give them more projects they can sell to Filipinos,” Grand Land Inc. president Ryan Bernard Go said.
The last two awards - Grand Realty of the Year and Grand Agent of the Year 2022 - were the highest recognition given. Filipino Homes is the Grand Realty of the Year while Minerva Dorado of QuikMov Realty and Brokerage from Cebu is the Grand Agent of the Year.
The awards were presented by Grand Land Inc. president Go, Benito Gaisano, Gina Gaisano, and internationally-renowned Cebuano designer Neil Felipp San Pedro.
San Pedro designed the engraved gold and pearl dish called Suzy Wong Mother-of-Pearl Dish which was given as a unique token to the two highest awardees.
“I wanted an award that is not just a trophy but a bit more personal and unique that our awardees will cherish,” Go said.
Other awardees include QuickMove Realty and Brokerage in Cebu, Hintzie Santillan of Bachelor’s Realty and Brokerage in Cebu, and Marycell Ramas of PhilAccess Realty in Cebu
With the theme Viva Magenta, the awarding ceremony was held at the Skydeck 360 at Grand Residences Cebu - the highest sky deck in Cebu City. ICM
