Cops' wives hold dental mission for Kapampangan students

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO More than 900 Kapampangan students got education on proper oral care.

The pupils of Camp Olivas Elementary School in this city were beneficiaries of the outreach program organized by the Police Regional Office III (PRO-3) Officers Ladies Club.

Zinnia Pasiwen, wife of PRO-3 director Brigadier General Cesar Pasiwen, spearheaded the said program.

The program was in collaboration with the Regional Medical and Dental Unit III (RMDU-3) and Camp Olivas Elementary School.

Medical and dental teams from RMDU-3 conducted a lecture about oral hygiene care followed by teeth fluoridation of the students.

A dengue awareness talk was also held among students and teachers.

Zinnia Pasiwen also distributed oral hygiene kits and food packs to all elementary schoolers.

The program dubbed as “Handog Pasasalamat ng PRO3 Officer’s Ladies Club ngayong Feb-ibig”, is in line with the National Dental Health Month.
