THE development of two multi-billion residential properties in Davao City is in full swing, according to land developer Grand Land Inc. on February 18, 2023.
These are the nine-story Amani Grand, the flagship project of Grand Land Inc., and The Piazza – both are located within the eight-hectare mixed-use development Grand Citygate in Buhangin.
Grand Land Inc. president Ryan Bernard Go said construction of the Amani Grand, which is their first residential project in Davao City, is ongoing. He said the first of the four towers is already completed.
“We already delivered the first building of Amani Citygate. We hope to deliver two by early next year and probably the last building by the end of next year,” Go said during an interview with the media.
On the other hand, they are in the process of preselling all the units of The Piazza –the Italian-inspired three-condominium complex. Go said around 95 percent of the units in the first tower are sold while 70 percent for both the second and third towers.
“We are submitting all our plans. We are just hoping the building permit (would be released) and we are going to start construction immediately,” he said.
Grand Land Inc. also has a new master plan for a 23-hectare mixed-use development near the Davao International Airport. Go said they may launch it once most of the units of The Piazza have been sold.
"We're very hopeful for the coming 2023. I think Covid is gone so we're happy that we survived the pandemic. Grand Land will continue to develop new projects around Cebu and Davao, and hopefully soon in Bacolod,” Go said. ICM
