EX-WORLD title challenger Jackie Buntan returns to the ONE Championship cage on May 5 and takes on Aussie prospect Diandra Martin in a strawweight Muay Thai fight in the undercard of ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado.

Buntan broke into the ONE Championship Muay Thai scene by storm in 2021. She scored a majority decision over three-time Muay Thai world champion Ekaterina Vandaryeva. She followed up that win with an impressive victory over another Muay Thai world champion Nat “Wondergirl” Jaroonsak, who she outclassed by unanimous decision. Buntan scored her third win in that year with a unanimous decision over Daniela Lopez, earning herself a shot at a world title.

The 25-year-old Buntan, however, failed in her bid for the ONE Female strawweight Muay Thai title after losing to Smilla Sundell by unanimous decision last year.

Buntan, a Filipino-American, bounced back with a unanimous decision over Amber Kitchen last year.

Meanwhile, the 27-year-old Martin just made her debut in the ONE Championship cage last year. She lost her cage debut with a third round stoppage loss to Sundell. She, however, bounced back with a unanimous decision win over Kitchen.

Buntan is 20-5, while Martin is 11-3-1.

The main event features a trilogy fight between ONE flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson (24-4-1) against Adriano Moraes (20-4).

The show also features two other world title fights.

Rodtang Jitmuangnon (270-42-10) defends his ONE flyweight Muay Thai title against Edgar Tabares, while ONE flyweight submission grappling champion Mikey Musumeci (60-5) faces Osamah Almarwai.
