There are updates on tho ongoing Eat Bulaga war is the return of Pampbansang Bae Alden Richards and the addition of seasoned director Louie Ignacio.

If the conflict on Eat Bulaga cannot be ironed out, Television and Production Exponents Inc. (TAPE Inc) will call for a presscon this coming April to answer all the questions surrounding the company and Eat Bulaga.

TAPE Inc is the producer of longest-running noontime variety show in the country.

The show is currently involved in an issue involving the main hosts, former Senator Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Jeoy de leon, who are all leaving the show.

This is in connection with the decision of one of TAPE's executive Romeo Jalosjos that his children will manage the company and removing Tony tuviera in his current position.

A source said that according to Dapitan mayor City Mayor Bullet Jalosjos and TAPE Inc. board treasurer, they will call for a media presscon tentatively on April 15 to impart to its viewers the changes in the show and to fix all the issues spreading around social media. But according to some people there are rumors surfacing, that TAPE is hiring the expertise of Direk Louie to direct the show, and a former TAPE exec is also about to return to its previous position in the said company.

On the other hand, it has been confirmed that Alden is back on Eat Bulaga.

On a separate statement of Alden the actor said...

Alden reached the superstar status when the AlDub tandem of Alden and Maine Mendoza made a phenomenal success.

Their instant success started out on Eat Bulaga's "Kalyeserye" one segment of Eat Bulaga which started in July 2015.

Alden has been out of Eat Bulaga for quite sometime, because of his busy schedule.

Now that the actor is back on the show, I'm sure, all his fans will be glad to see their Pambansang Bae back on the boob tube.

"Tandaan po sana natin na behind a man's success is a woman.
