A PASSENGER e-bike driver was shot dead by an unidentified gunman in Sitio Atisan, Barangay Cansojong, Talisay City at 1:20 a.m. on Friday, March 24, 2023.

Talisay City Police Station Chief Lt. Col. Randy Caballes identified the victim as Rodolfo Apolinario Jr. alias Lolot, 33, a resident of the said place.

Witnesses said the victim was followed by the gunman who was wearing a cap; and three gunshots were heard shortly after.

The victim was already lifeless when rescue personnel arrived. The perpetrator fled after the incident. (BBT / TPT)
