OP360 expands operations in Davao City

JUST nearly a year since starting its operations in Davao City, outsourcing company Office Partners 360 (OP360) expanded its seating capacity as they launched on Thursday, March 23 its second and largest site here at the Diamond Tower in Damosa, IT Park.

The new site covers three floors and accommodates approximately 1,029 seats.

“We hope that by the end of the year there’ll be 1,500 active staff here in Davao that’s why we took so much space here at our new site,” OP360 President Ben Roberts said. The floors occupied are from seven to nine levels.

The outsourcing firm started its operations here in May last year in a tower along Damosa IT Park.

The new site has a modern industrial design that includes an exciting range of facilities, including a boardroom, client lounge, pantry, and recreation areas for employees to enjoy. OP360 partnered with Trends and Concepts Total Interior Solutions and Damosa Land for its new site.

Roberts said they expanded in Davao City as they see so much potential for growth here in terms of business. OP360’s first site in the Philippines is in Cebu City. where they have some 3,000-strong manpower.

“Manila market has been very saturated. Cebu is showing a lot of signs that it is going to that path, so we have to look for another area where there are huge opportunities and not yet saturated. Davao is the next logical trace” he said.

He emphasized that the expansion is in line with the company’s direction to further strengthen their services and operations at strategic locations worldwide, allowing it to build “resilience and maintain a competitive advantage.”

This is also, he said, a dedication of OP360 to provide more jobs to local communities and servicing more clients worldwide.

“We’re extremely thrilled and satisfied so far with the talents that we saw here in Davao. I’d say that the talents here are extremely resilient, very committed, very hardworking,” Roberts shared.

Moving forward, Roberts said they are keeping an eye for more expansion activities in the city. They are also looking for another strategic city in the Philippines where they can also operate.

“We can’t divulge the full details yet, maybe you’ll know sometime in the fourth quarter of this year, but it will still be in Mindanao,” he said.

OP360 was founded in 2006. At present, it is now a full-service, fast-growing solutions provider with thousands of global employees and clients ranging from mid-sized corporations to Fortune 500 firms.

“The mission of the company is to raise the bar of world-class customer experience by combining progressive thought leadership, innovative technology and incredible talent,” Roberts said. ASP
