TALISAY City Councilor Eduardo "Digul" Gullas III keeps working even though he is still recuperating from his surgery.
During the city council’s 34th regular session on Tuesday, March 28, 20023, Gullas attended the activity online since he was advised by his doctor to take home rest after the surgery.
Gullas tore his right Achilles Tendon while playing basketball.
The vice mayor posted in his Facebook account that his office in Talisay City Hall is still open to entertain clients.
Meanwhile, Vice Mayor Richard Francis "Choy" Aznar revealed that if their by-laws are to be observed, a councilor is not prohibited from attending a session online, especially if the majority of the council agrees.
Aznar said that Gullas made an effort to fulfill his duty despite undergoing operation recently. (BBT, TPT)
