CITY OF SAN FERNANDO Half a kilo of suspected cocaine were seized during a buy-bust operation launched by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency PDEA in front of a popular theme park in Barangay Balibago, Angeles City on Monday.
The illegal drugs were confiscated from two men identified as Aaron Gidwani, 37, from Muntinlupa City and Mark Paul Pagayon, 41, from Silang, Cavite.
The duo yielded a plastic pack containing 500 grams of suspected cocaine amounting to ?2,650,000.
The operation was conducted by PDEA Region III - Pampanga Provincial Office, PDEA CALABARZON and the Angeles City police.
PDEA filed charges against the suspects for violation of section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs) in relation to section 26-B (conspiracy to sell).
