THE demand of individuals wanting to be part of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is on an upward trend this year.
Recognizing this, leading BPO firm VXI Philippines launched the first-ever BPO recruitment app in the Philippines - Vixie App.
“This is in addition to the ongoing recruitment marketing efforts of VXI Philippines. We launched this newest mobile application to encourage the younger generation to apply and give them better access to the company’s recruitment initiatives,” VXI Philippines said in a press statement.
The BPO firm targets to entice young professionals, millennials, BPO employees, and Gen Zs who are exploring career opportunities in the industry.
“We encourage them to download the app and discover tons of career opportunities with VXI,” the company added.
What can the Vixie App do?
As a recruitment-based mobile application, the Vixie App makes it easier for the would-be employees to apply and take initial exams.
It will also allow applicants to schedule their initial interviews.
Apart from that, applicants can also play an educational game that lets them earn points in exchange for awesome rewards.
It is now available for download on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
