CITY OF SAN FERNANDO—Kapampangan beauty Angelique Manto was named as this year's Miss Universe-Philippines 2023 2nd Runner-Up during the live coronation night held at the Mall of Asia Arena on Saturday, May 13.
Michelle Marquez Dee of Makati was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2023 and Christine Opiaza of Zambales as 1st runner-up.
Manto's family resides in Barangay Jose Abad Santos (Siran), Guagua, Pampanga.
Manto represented the Municipality of Lubao in Mutya ning Kapampangan.
