IN A bid to expand its Mindanao footprint, a US-headquartered business process outsourcing (BPO) company confirmed its expansion in Cagayan de Oro following its partnership with SM Offices.
On May 5, 2023, OfficePartners360 or OP360 and SM Offices formalized their partnership through a contract signing ceremony held in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
Through the said contract signing, OP360 became the new tenant-partner of the SM CDO Downtown Tower, an eight-floor, 18,000-square-meter office building that provides the latest and most strategic office space solutions in Cagayan de Oro. The tower is also directly connected to SM CDO Downtown Premier mall.
Recently, the BPO company initiated a business meeting with the City Government of Cagayan de Oro to establish support and partnership with the local government unit. City Mayor Rolando "Klarex" Uy, for his part, expressed his support, citing that this will spur economic progress and sustainable jobs in the city.
According to OP360, by locating in Cagayan de Oro, the BPO company can strengthen its ability to cater to the increasing need for customized outsourcing solutions with the convenience of technology-ready facilities, while taking advantage of a diverse talent pool and collaborative culture of the city.
Founded in 2006 and powered by a driven culture of agile entrepreneurship, OfficePartsners360 is a fast-growing relationships-first BPO company that is focused on operational details and supports rapid scaling for mid-sized corporations to Fortune 500 firms.
