AROUND 230 grams of suspected shabu worth up to P1.5 million were seized during an anti-illegal drug operation in Zone Ahos, Barangay Paknaan, Mandaue City past midnight on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
The operation that was led by Police Captain Emmanuel Rabaya from Mandaue City Police Office Station 3 has resulted in the arrest of Brinbren Cabalda Yburan, 32, a resident of Magsaysay Street, Barangay Suba, Cebu City.
Yburan’s .45 pistol was recovered after his arrest.
The suspect will be facing charges in violation of Republic Act (RA) 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and RA 10591, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act. (BBT, TPT)
