After the launch of the Ayala Malls Central Bloc “Street Food Fest” on May 25, 2023, guests can expect more fun workshops and contests over the weekend, May 26 to 28.
The puso-making workshop, headlined by Cebu’s Famous Puso, is slated for May 26, 3 p.m. at the Activity Center. Afterwards, guests can hang out with their friends for Slogos Night at 7 p.m.
May 27, Saturday, brings a live food art carving by Giovanni Oberes, CEFBEX Fruit Carving champion, who will be assisted by John Leo Nuevo. The demonstration starts at 2 p.m. in the Activity Center. It will be followed by a Best Plating Challenge at 4 p.m.
And finally, guests can combat the heat and make their own halo-halo at 2 p.m. on May 28, Sunday. An eating contest will follow the Halo-Halo Competition at 4 p.m. in the Activity Center.
