On Friday, April 28, 2023, Sun Savings Bank opened a new branch in Carbon, Cebu City. The bank offers a wide range of financial solutions, including savings accounts and loans, with the goal of providing accessible and convenient banking services to Carbon.

“Our idea is to expand digitally. We will still put up physical banks but only in strategic places... as [we have] observed, everything is moving digitally. So, we want to keep up with the times,” he said.
