AEON Bleu, the second flagship project of Aeon Luxe Properties Incorporated (ALPI), following the success of Aeon Towers, is making steady progress. Construction began in December 2022, and the project is currently focused on the foundation of Towers 1, 2, and 3.
In January, site clearing operations began at Aeon Bleu, including the crane way embankment and excavation for Tower 1. Construction materials arrived at the site to reinforce the structure’s foundations and protect the slopes from erosion. These materials included rebar for bored piling works and steel sheet piles.
In February, a site survey was conducted, and equipment was relocated in preparation for the temporary facility. Additionally, a pile drilling machine arrived at the construction site. Rebar materials were fabricated, and concrete pouring for bored piles commenced.
In March, our team initiated the concrete testing process for the bored piles, which involved curing, compression testing, and Pile Dynamic Assessment (PDA).
Simultaneously, compressive strength testing of the concrete was completed. A third-party consultant conducted pile tests to assess its integrity, and we are currently awaiting the results.
In April, the Pile Dynamic Assessment (PDA) results for the bored piles were successful, passing the assessment conducted by our third-party consultant.
Excavation and hauling work for Tower 1 are still ongoing, as well as bored piling works for Tower 3.
In May, the bored piling works for Towers 1, 2, and 3 were successfully completed.
Currently, excavation works for Tower 1 and Tower 2 are in progress. Additionally, pile hacking for Tower 1 is underway.
