THE Santos Land Development Corporation (SLDC) did it again! As always, the homegrown developer never misses to recognize and acknowledge the hard work put by their sales force as it successfully staged its Sales Recognition Night for the First Quarter of 2023 last Friday, May 19, at the SotoGrande Hotel, Riverfront Corporate City in Davao City.
Nearly 250 sales executives, managers, directors, and bank partners joined the celebration which was filled with generous cash prizes, sales milestones, inspiring speeches, fun performances, and a feast of food favorites.
During the program, SLDC recognized their sales partners with cash prizes, certificates, and trophies. Awardees are categorized as first quarter producers, special quota achievers, and top producers.
The event was also extra special as SLDC Business Group Head Estela B. Aguilos introduced to the team the company’s newly-installed president Angelito Santos-Estanislao and new Board of Director Emmanuel Santos.
“We are very fortunate for tonight as we are joined by our new president and new member of the board of directors. This is their way of showing us the support we need to make us more motivated to reach our targets,” Aguilos shared.
Estanislao addressed their sales force by greeting them first with a big smile and inspiring congratulatory speech.
“The sales team is the heart of Santos Land,” he shared, which earned a resounding applause from the audience.
He emphasized that he is excited to journey again with SLDC and make the company even bigger and better.
“I hope that we will have your full support as we aim to launch more projects even beyond Davao City,” the company president said.
At present, the projects that are being pushed by SLDC are the 18-storey tower of Ivory Residences for vertical while for horizontal are Ilumina Estates Phase 2, Phase 3, and the 12.7-hectare subdivision project called Laurena Grand Plains in Bago Oshiro, Davao City.
Sales force as the heart of SLDC
Of the nearly 100 awardees during the first quarter sales recognition night, six individuals and groups received the highest award which is the Top Producers award for both horizontal and vertical properties.
For the horizontal property or house and lot, top producers are sales executive Boyd Yron Xhryzler L. Cabiladas; sales manager Johnrey A. Gregorios, and sales director Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio - all from Leuterio Realty and Brokerage.
For the vertical property or condominium, top producers are sales executive Elvin Cainglet from Property Manager PH - Sayson Realty while the top sales managers and directors are both from Starlight Realty.
In a special message to fellow sales and real estate professionals, Cainglet shared that getting to where he is now is never an easy path. He said it took him a great deal of courage, perseverance, and faith to achieve success.
“In just a few years in the industry, I didn’t expect that I’ll achieve this recognition. All I can say is to keep on going and never make quitting an option,” he said while also sharing some tips on his strategies in closing deals with clients using the power of social media.
Meanwhile, Aguilos also introduced to the sales team the new Sales and Marketing Manager OIC - Evelyn C. Catalya.
“To everyone here in attendance, thank you for your presence. Congratulations to all the producers, performers, and soon to be performers next time around which will be in the second quarter of the year. Let’s come back with greater sales!,” Catalya told the sales force.
