CITY OF SAN FERNANDO---The construction and rehabilitation of three multipurpose buildings in Mexico town have been completed by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
DPWH District Engineer Almer Miranda said the completed projects include construction of the 63-square meter multipurpose building in Barangay San Jose Matulid.
The repaired covered courts are in the villages of San Carlos and San Miguel, added Miranda.
The completion of the facilities are expected to provide barangay officials conducive working space while offering residents structurally sound public structures, Miranda said.
He added that the DPWH allocated P7.5 million in the 2023 national budget for the projects which were implemented by the Pampanga First District Engineering Office.
“We are fully committed to serving all communities within our jurisdiction by providing efficient and effective services,” he said.
